You will design the zonal business plan, implement strategies and manage Zonal operations budgets. You will also be accountable for increasing overall profitability, understanding and implementing quality processes & develop reports/analysis as required.
Qualification & Exp:
Graduate/Engg Graduate + MBA from premium institute (mandatory).
3-6 years of relevant experience.
Telecom experience would be preferred.

Regional Manager Ops (Sr Mgr/DGM)
Role & Responsibility:
Performance of KPI in the defined Areas and Region
Supervision of AOM, TOM, Channel Partners and Outsourced employee performance, along with channel management activities, commission payouts, performance management and service delivery from channel partners
Responsible for overall supervision of manpower and channels and implementation of PMS,PIP & HO initiatives.
Budgets & Cost Control
Market Development & Sales Promotions
To achieve broadband subscriber numbers assigned for the region by supervising AM, TM, Channel Partners, other outsourced resources
To achieve the subscriber retention targets
To ensure the desired performance with in the allocated budget
To ensure the market, acquisition and field marketing activities
To formulate operations, Incentive and Motivation Programmes
To create rapid response on planning & implementation of network rollout
Experience:
10+ years of experience in independently handling branch operations.
Experience in FMCG/Telecom
