Head HR (GM/VP)

The Human Resources function is responsible for providing and leading all key support processes related to employees working in the organization.

This position is responsible for developing manpower and human resources plans for the company, policies, procedures, systems and related activities like staffing, recruitment, organization, position evaluation, compensation, benefits, employee performance systems and industrial relations.

Ensuring a conductive work environment in the organization, through best employee relations & satisfaction

Facilitate the performance management process

MBA in HR or an equivalent degree
A minimum of 15 years management experience in a human resource and service sector environment including exposure to recruitment, staffing, organization, job evaluation and performance systems.
