Dy Manager/Manager Retail Roll Out

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

•Ensuring Property Acquisition sign offs across Circle in line with the AOP targets Ensuring Program Management of the branded stores rollout as per rollout process Inventory management at COCO stores.
•Maintain optimum inventory levels at COCO stores as per SID requirements. Track / Reduce stock ageing by timely interventions. Coordinate for Physical stock audits and reconciliations thereof.
•Help maintain stock integrity by driving discipline on SIT, Open seal, timely invoicing, FIFO etc. RMS - End to End management at the circle level. (In Co-ordination with Circle Ops Manager) Indent approvals as per the requirement and defined guidelines. Ensure prompt system configurations to reduce “Time to market” for all new launches. COCO operations – Interface with local Facility management & SCM for COCO related activities.
•Launch – Execution, coordination for both COCO and Franchisee store. Identification and evaluation of new stores – COCO and Franchisee.
•Opening and closure of COCO store – Process adherence.
•Distribution & Logistics - Sales MIS - Distribution data base management - Coordinate with SCM and Logistics - Operations Planning ( Stock Allocation & Forecasting ) - Compliant and Escalation Tracking - Coordination with Circle finance; SCM from Rollout to Sales Operations - Ensuring Timely Delivery of Material Across Stores in the designated regions Statutory compliance in COCO / Franchisee stores. Capex / Opex requirement tracking for COCO Stores. External interface - FMSS, SCM, IT, Finance and Legal. Store Management - Managing Agency contracts for Housekeeping, Store Maintenance and other vendors.

Candidate Spec & Critical Skills:
•Project Management / Tracking Software, Analytics & applications.
•Sound communication (oral & written) skills.
•Proven competencies in Project Management
•Ability to coordinate across functions, Vendors and Teams across geographies.

Qualifications & Experience:
•Graduate/Post graduate with 7 to 9 years experience in Retail, FMCG with an eye for detail

Head (VP) Performance Analysis

Role & Responsibility:
-The PA&O team’s mandate is to strive to minimize deviations from the
Annual Business Plan as also monitor lead parameters, in-process checks and complement business.
-A balanced approach would be taken to ensure health checks on all aspects- this would be across financial, customer, processes and learning & growth parameters
-The team will ensure a complete “closed looping” by identifying the problem areas, working on the CAPA and following up on the action items

KRAs:
-Provide distilled insights to the Apex team by:
-Looking at in-process and lead parameters around critical/key processes
-Analyzing business and functional MIS and preparing an executive summary
-Undertaking market, national and international benchmarking of performance
Performing Root cause analysis of issue areas
-Recommending first level CAPA for the consideration of the Sr. leadership
-Build an integrated organizational performance review docket including a market perspective. The docket should conclude with first level recommendations to address opportunities for improvement and/or opportunities for growth
-The head of the PA&O team would also interact with telecom sector analysts to gauge the outside view and suggest course corrections thereafter
-Monitor efficacy of Business Units, special projects, and support functions
-Follow up on action plans with key stakeholders to ensure tangible improvement
-Enhancing efficiency of Customer Delivery by monitoring key customer service parameters
-Priority Critical Complaints Resolution and CAPA as also MRT compliance
-Enable automation of MIS reporting to enhance efficiencies across the system
-Conduct all the consumer experience, distribution , Marketing/product /brand /advertising surveys, Quality of Service audits (QSA) as well as the LIC surveys (Listen to the Internal Customers)

Experience:
-12+yrs
-Should have operational experience and should be strong in analytics.

-OEM VS Middlemen decisions, Termination for convenience ( Free exit) Protection through survival obligations post expirt / termination
-Bid evaluation based on comprehensive cost loading for TCO computation. -Inventory management
-Monitoring contract closure
-Defining contract policies eg. GCC AND scc documentation
-Ensuring vendor complaints closure and managing vendor meets.
-Measurement of SLA's and KPI'S
-Audit, MIS & Analytics
-Training + policy and process compliance

Candidate Spec:
-Experience: 17-20 yrs
-Should have relevant experience in Vendor Development, Contracting, Accounting, Budgeting, Finance and Cost Control.

Qualifications:
-CA/ICWA/CS/CFA/MBA(Finanace).
