Channel Manager (Wireless Sales)

Immediate requirement for a leading telecom client in Mumbai.

Objectives:
Wireless acquisition for CDMA; GSM, 3G Products in SME A segment through channel partners; DST.

Deliverables:
*Establishing and managing dealer network for the product category.
*Achieving volume targets and ensuring dealer profitability.
*Monitoring dealer and dealer sales force productivity.
*Sales forecasting, planning and implementation in respective territory.
*Ensuring low attrition rate of secondary sales force – responsible for retention of core teams at all dealer locations.
*Providing market feedback on scheme performance, sales promotion, customer needs. *Ensuring dealer’s adherence to guidelines laid in the dealer operation manual..
*Ensuring that collections and remittances by dealers and sales executives are made on time.
*Ensuring skill building and training of secondary sales force.

Essential Attributes:
Exposure to channel/ distribution management Possess a good systems and process orientation Experience in managing a large sales force Knowledge of MS Office applications

Desired Attributes:
Excellent communication skills Knowledge of local language is preferred Good Interpersonal skills and leadership qualities

Qualification:
MBA, Graduate with minimum 5 years of Sales Exp.

Desired Experience
MBA with min 4 years, Graduate with min 5 year of exp
