A leading client with operations all over India looking for people for the following positions:
1) Centre Head Operations (Kochi & Bangalore)
Experience in handling a large Call Centre operations mandatory. Candidate must possess a min of 10+ years. P&L responsibility; vendor management, people management, excellent communication.
2) Manager/Sr Manager Operations (Bangalore/Kochi/Hyderabad/Chennai):
Experience in handling a large Call Centre operations mandatory. Must possess a min of 8+ yrs experience.
3) Manager HR (Kochi/Hyderabad)
Centre Operations Head for HR. Must be a generalist with atleast 7+ years of experience, preferably from BPO; must have handled mass recruitments; employee engagement; training, etc.
4) AM Training (Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai)
Must have experience in product, soft skills & process training. Must have experience is designing course content & conduct class room training. Atleast 5+ years of experience mandatory.
5) AM Quality & AM Analyst (Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Kochi)
Experience in voice process in a call centre mandatory. Atleast 5+ years of experience preferred.
