Business Relationship Manager (Enterprise)

Immediate requirement of 8 BRMs for a leading telecom client in Mumbai.


General Accountability

To ensure achievement of sales targets by selling wireline and wireless voice and data products in given set of accounts with end to end responsibility with major focus on revenue enhancement.


Nature and Scope:

To build voice and data revenues in the Major and key accounts
Account Management in a geography for prescribed accounts as a complete owner for Sales and post sales customer management.
To engage with leadership teams and build long term relationships.
To understand the Customer’s business in depth and seek opportunities for business development.
To bring the domain/vertical understanding into EBS and share internally with Vertical function, Solution Architects and Product Management.
To ensure that revenue and number targets are achieved with increasing TTSL share in given set of accounts.
To ensure customer satisfaction of highest level.

Critical Skills:

Drafting Proposals.
Mapping the potential of given set of accounts.
Communication: written & oral.
Customer focus.
Timely decision making.

Education & Experience:
Graduate + MBA
8-10 years of relevant experience, esp with large national level account management exposure for IP/telecom products.
Preferably from IT/Telecom sectors.
